It's never stressful to go to Orlando Genesis on West Colonial. Service department, especially Devon, communicates progress, checks for service bulletins and recall notices. While waiting, different members of the dealership team checked on me, asked about my visit and understandiing of expectations. Paulina was also considerate and asked if I needed anything while I waited.
