We are in this together. In unprecedented times we at Orlando Genesis not only want you to be safe, but we want to continue to deliver an extraordinary experience.

In order to deliver this extraordinary experience, we have implemented a complete online system that will walk you through your automotive purchase right from the comfort of your own home. The process is simple!

1.       Please select your perfect Genesis vehicle from our website. 

2.       Value your current vehicle (if you have a trade) via our website.

3.       Utilize our payment calculator and select your down payment and/or monthly payment option either online or by phone or email.

4.       Complete your lease or financing via online and by email.

5.       Select and schedule your delivery preference, day, and time.

We have implemented this new safe online purchase system to meet your needs and deliver a convenient and worry-free experience.

Should your vehicle require servicing:

1.       Reach out to the service scheduler on our website or make an appointment through the MyGenesis App.

2.       Confirmation will be sent to you via email or text 

3.       We will pick up your Genesis vehicle and leave you with a courtesy loaner

a.       For your piece of mind, each vehicle will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use

4.       Perform service on your Genesis

5.       Return your Genesis vehicle in clean and immaculate condition

a.    We have implemented the use of plastic seat covers, paper floor mats and plastic steering wheel covers when you bring your vehicle in for service. These items will not be removed until the vehicle will be delivered back to you. Anyone touching your vehicle will do so using fresh gloves and remove those gloves after delivery of your vehicle.  

Though this program is not new and something we offer with every new Genesis vehicle, we want to remind you of the benefits of Genesis ownership especially in the wake of social distancing. As we continue to adapt to these new changes, we look forward to continuing to provide world class service.

First and foremost, we want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers and staff. As a business, Orlando Genesis is taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still meeting our customers’ needs.

We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus.

Our steps include:

  • Thorough cleanings of all dealership facilities daily
  • Sanitizing gel and foam stations available on-site
  • Providing our staff with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well
  • Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers

We will be adjusting schedules and operations for some of our staff to ensure that we stay well and can continue serving our customers efficiently. These schedule adjustments should have minimal impact on our in-store operations.

Our website is a helpful resource for shopping and researching vehicles, finding service and parts information, and communicating directly with the dealership. We will also continue to offer vehicle pick-up and delivery services.
